1923 Oak Park bungalow had failing pebbledash stucco replaced, porch columns, ceiling and eaves starter boards redesigned/rebuilt with salvaged redwood from a turn of the century Midtown bungalow. Rafters were designed and crafted from floor joists (reclaimed from a San Francisco warehouse). New paint, rebuilt windows, driveway addition with salvaged brick, Craftsman gate designed/built and stucco chimney sheathed with river rock facade.
