I am a painter, woodworker, and musician based in the Sacramento, California area. I currently work for the State of California as a Restoration Work Specialist, with the goal of restoring and preserving buildings that represent our state’s great heritage. Previously, I was an independent general contractor specializing in older homes. With a degree in fine art from the University of California, Davis, I’ve created hundreds of paintings in the genre of photorealism, with a strong emphasis on mood and light, and hope to someday understand how it all comes together. I’ve been active in the local music scene for over twenty years performing in several bands.
